Eugene Martellio of Vineland, New Jersey has scooped a $3 million jackpot but it’s not the first time the lucky player has struck gold on the lottery.

Back in 2017 Eugene bagged the Jersey Cash 5 April 18th jackpot worth $730,361 but that didn’t stop him buying more lottery tickets.

He has been a regular participant of New Jersey Lottery draw games and scratch-off tickets and has now become the first $3 million jackpot winner winner of the CA$H OUT Scratch-Off game.

Eugene's bought his lucky $3,000,000 CA$H OUT ticket at Dante Car Wash on 2375 Dante Ave, Vineland where, after scratching off the barcode he asked the clerk to check if the ticket was a winner.

Upon checking the scratch card, they were shocked to find that Eugene was a top-prize winner of $3,000,000 — the first of the game's big jackpots to be found.

Eugene said he deposited a portion of his Jersey Cash 5 win into a savings account and plans to be financially sensible with his $3,000,000 CA$H OUT Scratch-Off game win.

New Jersey Lottery have confirmed there is still two top prizes for the game up for grabs.
