Hundreds queued to buy last minute Australian Powerball lottery tickets in the build up to last night's record breaking $1million draw and one lucky lady has woke up today $107,575,649.08 richer.
The winner wishes to remain anonymous but we do know she is a Sydney mum and after being told she had won Australia's biggest-ever prize said she won't be quitting her job!
According to the Lott the lucky winner thought she had won just $107,000 and was convinced it was a trick when told the actual amount of $107,575,649.08 which is the largest individual lottery prize ever handed out in Australia.
"Is this actually real? I don't believe it. I don't believe it. Is this a trick?" she said.
When asked how she planned to celebrate the prize, the winner said she wouldn't be retiring and plans to share some with her family and organise travel plans.
"I'm a healthcare professional, but I won't be retiring. I'm so passionate about my job. It will drive me to do more health work for causes important to me," she said.
"I'll be sharing it with my family... I'll be giving my favourite charity some money.
