A EuroMillions lottery prize from the draw on December 3rd worth a cool £40,957,696.60p remains unclaimed and lottery officials are urging players to check their tickets in the hope of finding the lucky winner before Christmas.
Prizes won on the EuroMillions lottery expire 180 days after the draw takes place so the winner must claim their prize by Sunday 31st May 2020.
If left unclaimed all the money will go to National Lottery-funded projects across the UK.
The winning ticket was purchased in Dorset and successfully matched the numbers 18 31 32 38 48 and lucky stars numbers 04 and 12 to win the UK's top prize.
Other unclaimed EuroMillions prizes in the UK include a £1,000,000.00 prize from the UK Millionaire Maker game and the clock is ticking.
The winner only has until Wednesday 18th December to contact organisers Camelot to claim this massive prize with winning numbers HJNJ19252.
The next prize still unclaimed is again £1000,000.00 from the UK Millionaire Maker game. This winning ticket was purchased in the London Borough of Harrow for the draw on 19th July.
If the winner doesn't surface by 15th January 2020 the money will go to good causes in the UK.
In total there are fifteen unclaimed lifechanging prizes going begging on the National Lottery website from various lottery games.
